VictaPrep was born out of pure passion to bring about a change in the current offerings in the admissions consulting market. Our founding team brings to bear their individual and unique experiences imbibed and enhanced over their careers in the Indian Army and organizations such as Cloudtail, Deloitte Strategy Consulting, and American Express to name a few. These complementary skills and experiences enable us to create a seamless blend of leadership techniques and philosophies relevant for today’s admissions consulting environment where people, more than anything else are the defining factor. We believe that everyone we partner with deserves the best out of us and that, for us, means engaging with both – the head and the heart. 

The Team

Mamata Banerjee

Bringing 10+ years of industry experience with expertise in consulting and inline business, she has worked in multiple geographies and across sectors. She holds an MBA degree from ISB and is a PGP Alum from the Class of 2014. Additionally, she serves in the advisory board of ISB SEAL Body -Student engagement and applied learning and is a regular member to the Admissions interview panel at ISB. She is a certified Global career counselor from University of California, Los Angeles.

Maj Arun Kumar Panda (Retd)

Coming with a defense background having served in the Indian Army, Arun is a dynamic leader, with a combined experience of 17+ years between the corporate world and army across various sectors. A regular speaker at various forums, and an alum from the ISB PGP Class of 2014, he is focused on mentoring the next generation of leaders

Arindam Banerjee

Leading his way from IT consulting to Project management, Arindam currently is based in the US. His work in the area of technology and analytics, has taken him places. He chose to pursue his Masters in Business Analytics from Arizona State University while having multiple admission confirmations from various top Grad schools. He is certified Global career counselor from University of California, Los Angeles.
